With a second lockdown just a few days away, we are very much aware that our patients rely on us for their ongoing eye care. We would like to reassure you that, as always, we will be here to take care of you through this very difficult time.
We are currently awaiting official clarification but the best guidance available at the moment suggests that as a key service, opticians will be able to continue working normally in the coming months. We are therefore continuing to take all appointment bookings and of course following the same Covid protection protocols that have been in place for many months.
Whatever happens, the practice will remain staffed every day and we are available by phone (01628 663055) or email (reception@walkerandcampbell.co.uk) if you’d like products posted to you in order to avoid an unnecessary visit to Burnham. If you do wish to cancel or reschedule any existing appointment then we fully understand and will be happy to arrange this.
These are worrying times for us all, but I speak for the whole Walker & Campbell team when I say that we will be working hard through this period to ensure we provide the best care and service that’s possible within the rules that we must follow.
