Terms and conditions to win a pair of Cocoa Mint or Land Rover Sunglasses.
1. Eligibility
1.1. The free prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years, excluding employees of Walker & Campbell, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
2. Entry
2.1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
2.2. The prize draw includes all who purchase showcased frames and sunglasses in-store on Friday, July 5th, and Saturday, July 6th. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
2.3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. The Prize
3.1. The prize winner can choose one from either a pair of Cocoa Mint or Land Rover sunglasses.
3.2. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
3.3. Walker & Campbell reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Walker & Campbell’s control make it necessary to do so.
4. Winner Announcement and Claiming the Prize
4.1. The winner will be chosen by random draw after 2 pm on Saturday 6th July.
4.2. The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 7 days of the draw date. If a winner does not respond to Walker & Campbell within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Walker & Campbell will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
4.3. The prize winner must be able to come into Walker and Campbell to select and collect their prize.
5. Data Protection and Publicity
5.1. Entrants consent to any personal information provided when entering the prize draw being used by Walker & Campbell to administer the prize draw and for those purposes as defined within Walker & Campbell’s privacy notice.
5.2. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material.
6. General
6.1. Walker & Campbell reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
6.2. Insofar as is permitted by law, Walker & Campbell, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Walker & Campbell, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
6.3. The prize draw will be governed by English law, and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
