My family have been registered with Walker and Campbell for over 20 years and during that time I have made many visits with both my children to your practice in Burnham High Street.
The W & C receptionists are friendly and efficient and all your staff who have performed eye tests and answered my many questions over the years have been both caring and reassuring. My son has needed more in depth care and this has included W & C referring us to the King Edward Hospital in Windsor where he was found to have developed the eye condition Glaucoma. Without prompt attention by W & C this condition may have been overlooked, leading to serious consequences. Today, after a stressful routine eye appointment with my son at the hospital, I called in to ask for some advice and Lisa was very quickly able to help me. This involved taking OCT scan photos of my sons eyes and emailing these photos to his eye consultant. Within the morning this had been done, and I also received a phone call from your lovely receptionist to tell me this.
I cannot express how much I appreciate the fact that I know I can call in to W & C and speak to someone who will take the time to listen to my concerns and be able to help me promptly and efficiently. You have my sincere thanks and appreciation for the help and support received from all the staff at Walker and Campbell and I feel reassured that my son is receiving the best and most up-to-date care for his eyes.
